Displaying the time remaining for a cooking zone

Cooking over two cooking

zones

Large cookware can be heated with two cook-

ing zones simultaneously. Either the two cook-

ing zones on the left-hand side or on the right-

hand side of the cooking surface are suitable

for this.

Place cookware centrally on the two zones.

The cookware must cover at least the mid-

dle of the two crosses.

Set the same heat setting for the two cook-

ing zones (max. setting 8).

With different cookware there can be

differences in the heat distribution.

Good cooking results can be achieved

with cookware with thick, flat bottoms.
